  I went to pick up some food for my residents since they can't go themselves and they really wanted some chicken dressing for mothers day and I received a free slice of pie just for doing what I consider apart of my job! I know how important it is to do these things for those that can't but I didn't expect eilenberger staff to know nor did I expect to get rewarded for it... I have never been there before but now I will certainly go back just because I feel they care about the community just as I do!

  If I could rate them a zero I would. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.
  
  As someone who was a longtime customer of Mary of Puddin Hill I was excited to see the company was back open again, however this does not appear to be the case. Apparently Eilenbergers now owns (or fulfills) orders from Mary of Puddin Hill. The quality of my orders was pathetic. For years I have sent chocolate covered strawberries to loved ones at Valentines Day. When Mary of Puddin Hill closed I switched to Shari’s Berries. Upon seeing that Mary of Puddin Hill was open again I was excited to give them business - their strawberries were always great and came packed in marshmallows, creating an extra treat for the recipient.
  
  The two orders I placed this Valentines Day, many arrived broken and pathetic looking (with one order arriving at 7:30PM on Valentine’s Day). Minimal marshmallow packing and poor quality of strawberries. I never once had an issue ordering from the old Mary of Puddin Hill, nor from Shari’s Berries – whom I will be ordering from for ALL future orders.
  
  I attempted to resolve the issue by emailing the company, however I was treated very rudely with each exchange. No refund or anything was offered. Not even an apology until I pointed out that they failed to provide me one.
  
  As a business owner myself I would be horrified at the level of service I received. PLEASE save your time and money and go elsewhere.

  Eilenberger's are open, I just ordered the gift that keeps on giving, Fruitcakes.
  Received a menu . The only problem is the on line page was to me a veritable
  nightmare, they wanted some sort of code???
  So I called and got the order in..
  
  I am not Kristy Baldwin..

  Eilenberger Bakery is open and back in the original location in Palestine, Tx. We have gourmet cakes and desserts, tamales, gourmet chocolates and gourmet popcorn. We are open from 10:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M. Tuesday thru Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon on Saturday, 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Sunday and closed Monday.
